My kids are old enough that it’s not that big of a deal. Yes, they were looking forward to seeing their friends again. No, they didn’t like the idea of sitting in a structured environment all day. The week leading up to the big event was a combination of fear and hope, happiness and depression.

I like to think I’ve found the secret to life.
I realize that’s rather arrogant, so bear with me for a while. If you’ve read my blog for any length of time, you’ll know that I’m prone to grandious statements and deep subjects. By doing this I’m trying to provoke people to think outside of the constraints their everyday lives have clamped on their thinking.
